Assistant Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

-                    Prepare various controls and analysis; and contributing to the application of the company accounting control plan & intercompany transactions reconciliation

-                    Ensure the good coordination with subsidiary companies Financial Reporting in PRC and teams in various locations; especially contribute to the pre-closing coordination process

-                    Participate to Treasury control, such as cashflow forecast & accounts payable management. Participate to Finance Project(s) linked to Head Office Financial Reporting

-                    Contribute to the company's operational permanent control framework, including implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan

-                    Report all incidents according to forecast reporting tool and prepare ad hocs financial reporting for Head office

 

 

Requirements:

-                    Qualified accountant with a bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting

-                    Minimum 5 years relevant experience, in which at least 3 years in a similar capacity.  Solid exposure in manufacturing industry, audit firm or standard costing field would be an advantage

-                    Familiar with HK and PRC accounting, taxation requirements and relevant regulations

-                    Good knowledge of PRC accounting, foreign control, tax system

-                    Excellent VBA & computer skills, experience in handling SAP

-                    Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

-                    Travel to PRC is required
